"I painted for several days using only one roller."

In a recent kitchen cabinet remodeling and painting job, I came up with a way to 'store' my paint tray by inserting it into a flip-top storage container. The big discovery was that the roller handle rested on the rim of the paintBefore tray but within the flip-top container (see the image on the left). So, the roller and paint did not dry out during breaks. I painted for more than a week using only one roller with no interim clean-ups and no waste. After - The New, Innovative Paintbreak Roller Tray

A few who saw this also thought it was nice so I designed a one-unit version (see the black lines on the 'before' unit). The tray as shown on the right is now in  production and will be online and in stores in early 2011.

The PAINTBREAK® Roller Tray makes painting and wallpapering simply less stressful. It allows for those rest breaks and other surprise events that always seem to interrupt. It's also very useful as a wallpaper paste tray.
